Vitrum Technologies machine learning tools rely on data-driven and knowledge-based optimization of forming processes. Vitrum Technologies develops and trains application-specific machine learning models which are deployed on our customers' machines.

On Vitrum Technologies' process validation systems, a wide variety of parameters are recorded at intervals of up to 15 milliseconds and processed in a digital twin. The graphical HMI interface allows the operating staff to be intuitively and quickly trained. Hence, the development cycles of the processes are significantly shortened.
